Delicious and flavorful! Mods: I used whole wheat bowtie pasta instead of orzo (any smallish pasta would work); omitted the olives and banana peppers; doubled the red pepper flakes for a spicy kick; and added about 1/2C white wine to the veggies while they were cooking.
